While the location had what we were looking for the cashier had absolutely no customer service skills. As a matter of fact it seemed to so he was upset that hen had to do his job and that he couldn't get rid of us soon enough.

Pandemic aside, over the last four or five months the pharmacy has had increasing problems with their supply chain and staffing issues. Their drive-thru is no longer open, they do not answer their phone, and if you work regular business hours you better rush in before they close at 6pm. All this means waiting in line for 30-40 minutes just to hear the meds aren't ready yet. I would recommend going anywhere else. As of tonight I'm moving our family's meds to another store. Rite Aid is broken.

I Did a prescription refill over the phone back on November 17th. Stopped by a few days later and was told it’s not ready yet. Came back on the 23rd and was told it still not ready, the lady said because of Thanksgiving in a couple days they are running behind. I said OK no problem how long do you think before it would be ready, she told me definitely by Monday. I tried calling before I went in and no one ever answers the phone, I called seven or eight times over the period of two days and never once did anybody ever answer the phone. I went back into the store on Wednesday, December 1 and was told it is still not ready. I tried to explain that they started back on November 17 but the lady would not listen to me and told me that they were short staffed and there’s nothing she can do about it. I said I understand that but I think it’s been more than enough time. She told me if I was unhappy that I could transfer my prescriptions elsewhere. Finally today I get the text message that my prescription is ready and they’re given it to Uber delivery to drop off at my house.

If I can give them -5 stars I would. My prescriptions are never ready on time. I always call 5 days before I ran out and they have it ready after five days. Most of the time I have to call to make sure they’ve started working on my refill. AND there’s been times (three to be specific) when they don’t run my insurance and I have to pay out of pocket. I’m lucky I have parents that are willing to let me borrow $500 on the spot. It’s outrageous.

You can call the pharmacy directly and ask them about your prescription. When I changed my pharmacy location to this one about six months ago, I called in and spoke to a nice staff person who was able to check my prescriptions for me. I've also signed up for text notifications through Rite Aid which will text my phone when my prescription is due for a refill and when it is ready for pick up.
