Here's some advice if you're so scared of COVID Don't WORK IN HEALTHCARE. They treated me like they were afraid of me and I was gross. Everybody here was extremely rude, I had a nurse scream at me because I wanted my partner to come in with me. Also asked by the nurse practitioner (not a doctor btw) why I can't afford OTC medication, can't believe I was asked that. Read the most recent reviews before you come here.

The receptionist is extremely rude and unhelpful. I made an online appointment. The text message that I received said “Hello, it's time to show up at approximately 2:35 pm. Check with the front desk when you arrive, at least 10 mins before your visit time.” So, I go to the front desk to be greeted by Ms. Personality. All she said was “go to the computer and check in” after I stood there for how long.

Threw out my back and my PCP recommended Urgent Care in Jim Thorpe. Hobbled in in Incredible Pain with the help of my daughter and did the walk in check in....there were 2 people waiting. One hour later, not One employee had said One word (I observed No less than Four employees). Literally, not a single word! With tears I hobbled up to the window and said... I am going to an Emergency Room...

Called to let them know I was running late was told by the lady ok just if there's an appointment when you get here your just going to have to wait I drive all way from just past Hazelton just to pull in the gas station across the street from them for a drink for her to call saying it was too long and I never said it would be this long n that now I have to come all the way down tommrow at 10 AM and there was no if ands or butts that's it never did she ask how long I'd be or did she informe me of this and there open to 4 and there parking lot is empty except 2 cars witch I'll assume is the people working there absolute joke
