I give one star but I wish I could give ZERO!!!!!!!!! You have an appointment for one time and your not seen for 2 hours or more to go back and see a doctor.

Absolutely horrible experience

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I’ve never hated a doctors office more. My son had been a patient since November 2021. It was always us waiting soooo long in the waiting room and then once we got in to the room, we had to wait even longer ! Now here I am trying to get my sons medical records. I have to get a note from his new doctor to release his files. Fine. Okay. I could understand that. NO ONE told me that day that the medical records office was only open Tuesdays and Thursdays. Had they told me that, I wouldn’t be so frustrated. They transferred me to medical records so I could leave a message. IT NEVER SENT ME TO VOICEMAIL!!!i sat on hold for 15 minutes and ended up hanging up. Don’t take your children here. there are way better pediatricians in this area

The attached images are from the waiting room in the pediatric office. I’ve honestly seen McDonald’s restaurants and dusty storage facilities cleaner than this establishment. I can only imagine how dirty the seats, equipment and common areas are considering this visible dirt hasn’t been addressed in what seems to be weeks to months. Base boards don’t get dirty like that overnight even if you mop once a month. I’ve worked in kitchens for years including restaurants that didn’t have the best sanitation habits and yet with all that grease, oil and food being thrown around, it still never looked this dirty. We also waited 2 hours from our scheduled appointment time to be seen which aggravated us but yet that issue seemed minuscule once realizing this facility for children is THIS dirty. During the COVID era at that. Needless to say I will not be back here ever again.
