Why make people take out child support if the judges won't even up hold it. It's a shame that a doctors note can keep you from paying just $50 a month for child support for years, but the judge won't make the person take an alcohol assessment.Lives in government housing and won't work. But moms and dads who actually care about their children have to work to provide. Our government is a joke along with all of DSS. Making people take out childchild support or risk loosing medicade for their children.

I just googled involuntary commitment and it said it is a legal process which mandates emergency medical care for someones behavioral health condition, each state has an involuntary commitment process, if you google it you will see all that it says about it, hope that helps some
