I know this is going to sound generic but you have to call them. Not sure if all teeth are the same amount to pull. They may need xrays to see wuts up with the root and make sure its ok to pull without infecting/affecting other teeth. I have heard of pple taking meds before and/or after having an extraction. I doubt its gonna be a simple pull and go like the old days. Which is a good thing.
