You should absolutely fire everyone not a cook in this place. Went in with my kids. Saw they were busy yet saw empty booths. They had at least 7 people waiting not including me and my kids. We weren’t greeted and sat at the cashier area to ask how long the wait would be and I was passed by at least 4 employees who absolutely said nothing to me. 2 of which stood at the cash register in front of me for long enough to greet me and see what my needs were. If I’m the owner/general manager I’m super embarrassed and as a consumer I control where my money goes and consumers beware you hold the paper spend your money else where. Maybe that will help the owner/manager realize change is needed. Hurt his pockets and maybe he’ll fix what needs fixing. By the way only reason for a one star is bc it would not allow zero stars.

Excellent food. They were short staffed but did a great job considering that. The food was tasty and good but I was sorta disappointed my eggs were cooked too much for over medium they should have still been dippable. The pancakes were very good. Chocolate chip and you know I made my son give me a taste!

Waiting to be seated for a while just to be said to “find any table on the right side”. After finally getting noticed by the waitress, We were ordering gluten free pancakes just to be told “they have never carried that in this location so they don’t understand why it’s on their menu”. We passed couple locations on our way here and chose this location due to how close it was to everything, but now we quite regret that.
