Made reservations for a compact car but they didn't have any so they bumped us up to a sedan at compact car price, can't beat that for a deal. Plus the larger car got on average 40 mpg, which with gas being so high was an added plus. Thanks Hertz for the good customer service and great deal. 👍

Have rented from them previously and always have gotten top notch service. The cars we've rented are very clean and new. They also still have the new car smell.

I decided to opt for a 4 door jeep instead of the Hemi powered pickup and am actually saving money on the daily rental fee. Even though the Jeep was a 2litre it has plenty of get up and go. 1 star experience raised to 2 stars by the owner. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT ANY CARD THAT SAYS "debit," but they will reserve a car for you (which you won't be able to pick up) The corporate website as well as the call center and the confirmation email will all say that they do, however it is not true. April in the store was one of the most useless people I've interacted with. She was more interested in getting us out of her office than explaining anything. Randy, the owner, is the fellow you want to talk to. He won't change their policy on debit cards, but whereas April was no help, Randy called some other rental places and even gave us a ride. Thank you Randy.
