This experience could have been better. There was noise everywhere which prohibited a good night sleep. The sleeve window AC was excessively loud and made a rattle noise, the refrigerator in the room made noise as well which made me wear my ear plugs, which I'm glad I brought! Even worse though, at 7:30 am the entire room started literally shaking and rattling, again waking me up. It almost seemed like the service room was directly above or below my room (215) and when the wash machine would go into spin cycle, my entire room would make sure I knew it! There were also service issues, such as some dirty carpeting and marks and skuffs on the wall. The shower dripped and there was a panel that broke off of the shower bar and was just hanging on the bottom (see video). Breakfast was ok, I appreciated the smoked sausage and cinnamon bun waffles, which is unique, although did make me a bit sick to my stomach. The orange juice just came out as water and the coffee was so weak that I'll now have to go and get coffee elsewhere for my morning drive. All things together, this was not a good experience and I'll be writing Hilton corporate. These things are almost expected in a budget hotel, but does not meet the expectations of a higher end Hilton branded hotel.

Room was nice for a double queen room. Unfortunately there are no suites. Not everyone stays here for multiple weeks though. There are a few convenient items down at the lobby. Otherwise you can step across the street to a couple gas stations for some of those items if you dont find what you need, or a walmart a few hundred yards away. There are several chain restaurants and a couple buffets as well.

The staff was very friendly and the room was in excellent condition, very clean and very comfortable. We had a wonderful breakfast that offered a lot of choices from eggs, waffles, cereal, to bagels, toast, or pastries and more. I am picky about the hotels I stay in because I usually travel with my 6 year old granddaughter. I would definitely recommend this Hampton Inn. There was a $20 incidental charge upon check-in, but it was removed when I checked out. I can't say it was a surprise, because I read the reviews before making my choice to stay here. If I need a place to stay in this area again, I will definitely be staying here again.

We were pleased to find a Hampton Inn in a good location while driving to Florida. Check in was easy and the night and morning staff were super friendly but we had the most abysmal breakfast we have ever had at a Hampton Inn. There was no juice, milk, fruit or yogurt available. The hot items consisted of fake thin Canadian bacon slices and greasy open face biscuits with sprinkles of cheese and sausage. These were probably leftover from the previous day because we were there at 6 AM and they were already stale. For $136 a night I expect a comfy bed and a decent breakfast. I only got one of them.
