Don't waste your time. Run very fast.

Fair overall. Some of the staff are very dedicated. Like everywhere, there's a shortage of staff now (both nurses and aids). Not the best billing or admissions departments.

I was nervous about my wife going to a rehab unit. You hear horror stories. But the nurse at the hospital stated that QH was top rated. Boy was she right! My wife was treated with friendly, cheerful care all the time and the rehab part of her stay was exemplary. She progressed quickly and when the time came for her to go home, I was confident that she was ready. Transition to home care (me) has been fine. I owe that to the rehab she received at QH. As for the personal care, I loved the group of ladies that attended her. I didn't feel anyone short changed her. And, they were patient with me when I bugged them. I know coding me in and out was a headache but no complaints. I do have to single out Angela. She was her day nurse most of the time and a friendlier, caring person does not exist. Thanks to the high standards that QH hold too. I'm certainly going to consider them when the time comes for my wife and I to step up to assisted living or more. George Griffin

Very understaffed…I requested that bedrails be installed the first day we walked in but they said there was a process and form that needed to be filled out. I kept asking about this form. The first week that she was there she became extremely sick and called us to let me know that she was in pain. I drove myself there and requested that she go to ED to which the nurses replied that they didn’t have transportation but then told them to call EMS, the nurses on duty did not even get up to see what was wrong with her. She had a severe infection and was hospitalized for a week before returning back. Mom had only been back a week when I was called that a nurse had rolled mom off bed to the floor while changing her and was told that EMS was called to transport her to hospital. Still hadn’t seen a form for the bedrails. Huge knot on head and bruising down her leg. All this time she was to be getting therapy but how can that happen when you’re too sore to do it. Finally got the bedrails. The next week after giving her a bath, 2 nurses were getting her from bathing wheelchair and dropped her onto the floor. After that we had enough and decided to move her to a different location. Please, if you’re going to put a loved here, go check on them!! The nurses don’t seem to be qualified to handle patients that are wheelchair bound. Days and nights are never quiet. As my mom kept saying, the staff sounds like they are always having a reunion and was always talking loud and laughing loudly in the hallway. I hope to never go through this experience again and pray that no one else does either.

Not sure. My friend's insurance paid, she was there for rehab following surgery.

Could I teach bible study at your facility? I use to be a caregiver. However, I'm not interested in being a caregiver. But I would love to teach the bible to anyone of the seniors that are interested. I am a senior myself. Thanks.
