A great place to be! Take your kids, walk your dogs, go for a jog or ride your bike. Huge open area. Parks for the kids to play on. Nature trails to enjoy. Plenty of people with their smiling faces. Just an all around great place to be.

Sorry I don't know. However I attended two recent happy hours at the marina having the same weather conditions and they did not cancel the event. They do offer a rather large area under a tent with about 8 tables and another very large covered area with tables just behind this next to the lakeside.

You can rent paddle boats and canoes, I believe. Not sure about a sailboat.
