Pretty great!! Their water park is super fun, and everyone is nice! Food isn’t that great, but there are a lot of restaurants around. The water slide are great, and the lazy river is so fun!! I came here with some younger cousins (ages 1-4) and they had a blast! There’s something there for everyone!! Great place, and super fun for a get away weekend, or party with friends!

The pool is the best in miles. Firendly staff, warm interior. The food was average at best. Pizza had dry crust and the kitchen was not swept. Overall an average water park visit with our time ending our visit being enjoyed by playing ski ball on the second floor with cards they lent us for some time.

We had a good time overall as a family. I think its set up for kids under 12. Our little ones had a good time our older kids just got a little bored after a few hours. The arcade is nice but I think should be bigger and have more games that way you can cater to some of the older kids. Breakfast was free with our stay so that part was nice. Would like to see a little more variety with the breakfast. Also need to create a better set up for the buffet rather than in the hallway. The restaurant was ok but much of the staff was rude and I had to continue to ask for simple things like napkins, ketchup, straws things that would normally be available to customers on site. Once again I think its good for people with very small children and just looking for something on a smaller scale.

Our daughters loved our bunk bed room! We got a nice deal that included a pizza/drink dinner and breakfast the next morning. Overall, we had a good time and would return. Some critiques: the arcade games are ridiculously priced. Also, they should consider a limit for how many people they admit to the water park. It was extremely crowded on Saturday.

I would recommend the family suite
You r at an indoor waterpark for children... Im sure u were extremly irritating to the kids.........
2 and under free
They do have only one jacuzzi room the rest are family suites and double beds.
They have towels you can use, but they are small so we always bring a couple just in case
The best thing to do is call their phone number and ask the front desk
Ya I'm going through the same thing they dont give refunds passes are good for 30 days and then your out your money
How much for kids under 12, family of 4 for water park passes
No. Pretty sure it's shut down. I think for good but I'm not 100%
That's their only listed number. After looking around, seems like the last post on their Facebook page was back in November 2020 stating that they were forced to close due to covid restrictions and that they hope to be back open by Summer 2021.
No it's not open
Who's asking
I would like to know as well
Anywhere between $160-$300 depending on what package you get and what day you go on.
No, you cant carry any outsidefood and beverages in to their premises as per county law. I would not carry any food and water after reading their terms irrespective of whether they check or not, I am educated and responsible who likes to respect regulations.
No. If you are staying the waterpark entry is included. However; you just can visit waterpatk.
I believe they are only open weekend's in the winter.
On the best western side yes about $80 maybe more, but at the resort it's closer to $120 per night (depending if you get a package)
I didn't stay the night but with all the swimming, sliding and jumping around with my grandkids it was like being at the gym! Lol
Yes but if you only bought 1 day pass than you can't go back on check out day. Where as if you book the room with passes you get 2 days to go.
No. The Cabela's suite and family fun suite are the only rooms with fridges and microwaves. Hopefully this helps.
I am not sure. I didn't do a party.
The tickets are inclusive with lodging. I think that's where they make there money, not sure about bday packages without room rental
Not sure. Call and ask.
The pizza/snack place by the pool... And the restaurant on the 2nd floor, Treehousr pub ad grub...we also received free breakfast at the hotel ..
No balconies and the room we had had a mini fridge, coffee pot, and a sink
It depends on the time. A day pass is around 30 dollars, a twillight pass is around 17. You can purchase discounted passes by using the Splash Universe website.
Friday 4pm - 9 pm Saturday 9 am - 9 pm Sunday 9 am - 6 pm
Unfortunately there isnt but there is a regular pool in the Best Western hotel that is connected to the park. Nothing special but my kids spent a few hrs there
There is a small slide n little pool for babies and small children. They also have some slides and a splash area for younger kids. They have a lazy river and an arcade too. The whole place is mainly designed for children and families
They have spectator bands for $6. You can buy one at the door, I personally buy my bands online because they are alot cheaper.
$25 i believe
Yes
No it is seperate from waterpark, beware gamez r costly and the prizes r junk.. Ask what you can get for $5.00 because there are packages
You also get at least 4 passes when you stay there.
It was open on a weekday from 11am to 4pm but as always. Check their website for current hours of operation.
