Wasted OVER 4 HOURS NO TOW! Husband called AAA for tow service at 8:40am after laying down his bike. Chancey game him the pick up ETA of 11:15. I took over waiting for the tow at 10:30 for him so his friend can take him to the ER. Fast forward to 11:39 when I called back to check and was told by a gentleman on the line that the driver is doing a drop off on Washington and will be on his way and arrive in approximately 20 mins. An hour later at 12:30, still no tow so I called back, the lady on the line said the driver is doing a drop off on Wrightsboro and will be on his way after. At 1:30pm still no tow. I ended up having call a friend to help me out my husband is getting discharged from the ER and needs a pick up. I don't care if you guys are busy, say so. But leading a customer on about when the tow would arrive is unprofessional, especially after an accident.
