The ONLY nice thing I can tell you about this place, is the women are very nice!!! Otherwise, let me share with you our shopping experience. The sales floor people are very friendly and delivery was very courteous. It took nearly 3 months to receive our recliners. (Crazy, right?) I have AML Leukemia. I was in the hospital when they were delivered. I have to be very careful who is inside my home, and I take extra precautions when in public. Quality: if Walmart sold recliners, they'd be better quality. The stitching, that creates the design in the "puffiness " is coming out - we are losing a part of the design. :( In the arms of the 2 recliners, you can feel the wood. These are not near as comfortable as what's on the showroom floor. I have had these several months, but like I said before, I have to be very careful. I finally felt confident to visit the ladies a couple weeks ago. They sent a couple guys out to look at our recliners. They said, "they were poorly made" and "would have the owner follow up with us to make this right." The owner *just* called and isn't going to do anything about this. In fact, he told me, "just like clothing, cut off those threads!" *gasps* when I realized, the owner was going to B.S. his way out of this, I hung up on him. I'm terminally ill. I don't have the desire to waste what time I have left dealing with his arrogance. My advice - shop elsewhere for your furniture needs. We could have spent the same money at a better quality store. But, we've always been the kind of people to support local business. Talk to your neighbors, chat groups, your local chamber of commerce, and family for recommendations. Don't be like us and throw away $1,600.

Very friendly people that work there. They will do everything they can to make sure you are happy and to get what you would like. They also make sure you get your items in a very timely manner. They even help you put it together at your home. Great place and a nice selection of furniture and items.

We went to look, (never been there before)and we love the furniture we bought a love seat and a recliner. They delivered it on time and they where very professional. It looks so good in my house. The color is perfect and it sits just like it did in the store.
