Horrible treatment from those employees over there smh I will never go bk to them even thou I got a call from them for an appt ..Never ever again staff let’s any one Thru that office ..I sat there for an hour my appt was at 8:30 am then they tried to say it was at 9 am crazy I saw all those folks walk in and be seen before me than they were talking about me like I could not hear them I was there at 7:45 am for appt and some person that works there said you know your early right I said yes I ride transportation to and from I got ridiculed for my past appts each two times I went bk to them smh by the rude woman NP I waited so long to see them that my ride came in and told them I had to go smh ..I was in there like 10 mins after waiting so long then a person at the window was on the phone I had to wait on her to chk me out smh never looked at me till another employee had to tap on glass to tell I had to go because of my ride and the lady said to her she needs to chk out and it’s funny how she hung up the phone when she tapped on the window she was acting like she was talking to someone but wasn’t I was the only one there in a wheelchair ..I was told to sit over to the side I was so upset I told I would never be bk for an appt ..ppl who came in after me were taken straight to the bk ..And the swabs they use are faulty and employee said that tests swabs have all been light blue during swab tests not a darker blue smh .. crazy experience I cried all the way home it was way after 9 when I finally got called bk there
