The area is quite easy to dock in and is conveniently located on the right side of the building as soon as you go through the gate. Had some hiccups regarding scheduling because the hours given to my dispatcher and listed on Google are not accurate (might be accurate for another part of the building). It is highly encouraged to keep your appointment time, but they are willing to work you in. Just be prepared to sit for a while. The people unloading are also those who answer the buzzer in receiving so just be patient.
