New to the Burlington area, I had a very pleasant and very pain-free experience here. I came from another pawnshop near my house (which was an absolute nightmare) They tried to give me maybe 1% of what the value of my items were. I walked in to national pawn with a set price and told Jack that this is what I want for what I had and without haggling excepted my offer and I walked out a satisfied customer highly recommend.

They generally don't deal with cell phones unless it's a very small loan amount on an expensive phone. Example would be a $50 loan on a $300 iPhone. They focus more on jewelry, televisions and music instruments
