Watched a technician perform a faulty battery/starter test. It was obvious that the tech either didn't know what they were doing or they were intentionally trying to sell the customer a product that was obvious they didn't need. Shame on you either way. The company leadership should take time to help the associates learn how to properly use the tools they have so they can truly be a help to the customer coming into the store.
