Everytime I visit my brother and his wife I feel right at home here. Very clean and well kept. Dog friendly too! Great pool.

I lived in this apartment complex for just over a year, and had an excellent experience overall. The staff are friendly and prompt with any issues that might come up. The apartments are very nice and the grounds and facilities are well maintained. I love that they allow dogs and have two dog parks. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to live in Sanford.

We do not. I am sorry.

Can anyone say on average what the power bill is like (preferably for someone living alone) and is the water included in rent or is that a resident bill?

Ashlea Higgins | Oct 2, 2021
South Park Village Apartments | Oct 2, 2021

Ashlea, utility amounts will vary on household size and amount of usage. However, we partner with Duke Energy for power and an average bill can range from $100-$160. Water and sewer are billed directly to you by our community since we sub-meter per each unit. An average water and sewer bill can range from $30-$70. I hope this helps answer your questions! If you have anymore, give our leasing team a call tomorrow!
