We have some people working on our road and I completely understand they’re trying to do a job, but they have been really rude to me, my family, and my friends that have driven by. Yelling and making huge hand gestures aren’t the way to tell someone to go slower or to stop. I feel the workers should have signs before the road work or should have a better way of navigating around their work so it doesn’t interfere with us driving down our own road to get to our homes. The disrespect and the pure rudeness to the people living where there are working has been unbelievable.

If I could leave no stars I would. Every single time I make a payment it comes out of my account then goes back in and the payment disappears. The lady in the office is completely useless and rude. Then she acts like I don’t call them every month with the SAME exact complaint. FIX YOUR PAYMENT SYSTEM and fire that rude secretary!
