Yes, the Lexington County Collection and Recycling Centers recycle all of these items for free to Lexington County residents. Non-residents are not permitted to use these facilities as they are not contributing funding to the cost of recycling.
Vinyl siding should go to the Edmund Landfill at 498 Landfill Lane, open Mon-Sat 7am-4:30pm.

They close on Tuesday's and Thursday's so they can be open on the weekend when people are off from work.
Have dominion pick it up for $50, or take it to Lexington recycling at hwy 6 and two notch for some kind of monetary return. If not, then yes.
