I have, for years, been a CVS customer. I recently moved to Lexington, SC, and the store there is The Best I’ve been in… Mainly because of the associate there, Madison.. she is awesome… while she was busy sweeping, vacuuming and stocking shelves, she still managed to ask me 3 times if I needed help finding anything… she even came up front and opened a register, so as to get me in my way quickly. Forgot my nexium and when I went by the next day, she remembered my nave and, again, was a gracious help. She’s a real SuperStar… look forward to doing business at this location again soon…

Cashier was very friendly and the pharmacist was great and explained everything to me!

This review isn't about the store but about the automated phone system. I spent 10 minutes trying to connect to the pharmacy with not to just call and ask a question. Every time it say stay in the line it hangs up. If I push another button it wants information I don't have. It is extremely frustrating to try and call to ask a simple question but the phone system won't allow it.

Well when in-line for cashier got skied twice. I not sure if it was because of my race as I tried both lines and in both occasions I got ignore and the agent switch to the other line so I left - wonder why? My money is good too
