Nasty pond dead fish all over stinks not maintain very good. Can't fish due to all the buzzards eating the dead fish. Waste,waste a money.

I mean it is a pond, but i swear that thing is empty. Spent hours with different baits and lures with several people and buddy i diddnt even get a brim to nibble on the bait. Waste of money and time plus the dang portapotty they got is nastier than the ones i see on job sites. Definitely save your money and go to the lake or somewhere else. I mean come on, not even a brim nibbling.

Yes they have bait n its always someone there to help u. They have sodas n snacks also
No you dont need a permit for any pay lake unless its in a state park, and its $10 to fish unless there is a tournament. You can only keep a certain weight and amount of the fish you catch

It's a pay lake. It's stocked so your pretty much guaranteed to catch a fish
I used to love the pond but someone else has put a lease for it and it hasn't been up to date. It's not the cleanest place ever and probably needs to be restocked. But the do have some of the biggest fish I have ever seen! And no permanent needed. Its usual cost is about 10 dollars.
