Did anyone else get a call from KFC yet it wasn't KFC that called them very odd

Unorganized!!.. I had a $30 order at the drive thru and they asked me if I would pull for 5 to 7 minutes well they get my order together, it ended up being 2omin. and still no one ever came out, so I calmly went to get my order and I was told part of it still wasn't ready so I requested that they just give me what they had ready and refund me my other money okay now 15 more minutes passed and still no food or money so I requested all of my money back.. They couldn't pull the receipt so I had to walk back to my car to get my receipt and finally I got my money back.. Yes there was horseplay in the area where they should have been preparing and getting orders out.. I will never go there again... update still the same I was parked and forgotten about after 25 minutes I went back to the window and waited 5 more minutes only for them not to have my order correct

Poor Service...Chicken was way overcooked...was drive thru, and didn't discover how overcooked the chicken was until a few hours later...Co-worker mentioned that she had heard there was a new manager, and since this person took over, the quality of the food and customer service has gone downhill... If you want KFC, best to go to the one on 441 at I-16...never have a problem there and the chicken is always cooked as expected..

The food was great but they don't offer plates any longer. This is an issue when you have a family dining in and get a meal deal. Paper plates would be greatly appreciated.
