A gem of a store in the Lowe's chain. Aisles are clean and organized and items are easy to find. The staff are pleasant and extremely helpful and friendly. I travel past another Lowe's to shop at this store.

Beware appliance shoppers. After purchasing a $1100 whirlpool dishwasher, which subsequently flooded out kitchen and damaged a number of floorboards, I will never do business with Lowes again. Not only do they not allow returns after 48 hours, they release all liability from Lowes immediately after purchase. After you buy the item, its no longer Lowes problem. Its between you and the manufacturer. After 20 or more calls, whirlpool sent out a tech who came to repair the brand new unit. They attempted to repair it as fast as possible, not leveling the unit, not securing it properly and you can see they shotty craftsman ship. I had to argue with the tech who said it wasn't their responsibility to put the unit back in properly. So who is responsible then? Lowes says its not theirs either. We requested to refund the unit but they said no since it took over 4 weeks to get a tech from whirlpool out. They only refund items 48 hours after you sign. We disputed this with our credit card company. They sided with Lowes but said if we show proof of return, they would refund us. Lowes told the credit card company they would accept a refund. Unfortunately this was and still is the opposite of what Lowes advised us. Don't shop here for appliances. Lowes does not care about any problems you have. Also, the water damage is 100% my responsibility. They do not send anyone out to inspect it and asked us to get a multitude of estimates for the repairs. After making calls, I was told I would have to pay the service fees for my own inspections and wouldn't be reimbursed from Lowes. We now plan to repair it ourselves. They just want to make the sale and get their commission.
