Nice that they could get out to place a meter the day of the service call, but they have mixed information from their front desk to their technicians. The front desk told us that they could ensure our hot water heater was firing (pilot light receiving gas) once gas lines connected to meter. Technician was very rude saying that the information was never given to me in that manner (aka I was lying) and they don’t touch new equipment (which does make more sense to me). Totally understand why they don’t touch new equipment but his demeanor was very condescending and I didn’t appreciate the customer service. Could have had a positive review if he treated me kindly.

Absolutely absurd how terrible managed this company is. Can’t go to the big website have to go to Dominion NC or you have no idea who I am. Unbelievable amounts of incompetency.

My son's family moved into their new home and Dominion Energy placed a lock on gas switch late Friday afternoon with no notice while they were out getting groceries. They immediately went online switched account to their name from builders. Dominion informed them there is no way to remove lock until Monday. Pregnant wife, 2 year old who just got over pneumonia, 17 degree temperatures Fri-Sun and they refused to help. Worst customer service ever! I called and they informed me there are no supervisors available and emergency crews on call can't remove a lock. Horrible services!
