They get a lot of calls often your best bet would probably be to keep calling. (So i figured out why they haven't picked up, there phone line was down and it wasn't letting them receive any phones)
Our phones aren't working currently for some reason. Haven't resolved it yet! Apologies!

If eating Friday or Saturday at primetime for dinner, absolutely. Party more than four? Absolutely. Other times just recommended but not required.
