This post office used to be great. I’ve been going for about 30 years to check PO Box etc, but unfortunately the staff doesn’t seem to care anymore to do their job with any pride or efficiency (maybe a few left that do) Certified letters get lost and it’s no big deal to them. In the future I will use FedEx or UPS because sadly the US Postal service cannot be trusted to do the job.

Like alot of reviews on here, I have also had a package and a sample stolen by most likely the mail carrier. I usually check the mail as she drives past so it isn't someone else stealing them. An envelope torn open and empty was places in my mailbox as well as some earrings I purchased. I don't know how to push for an investigation but someone REALLY needs to be fires.
