Honestly would NEVER recommend anyone work for this company! They do not protect their employees, there is no moving up or pay raises, and no one wants to teach you anything but expects you to know everything! The break the rules to fit what they want and the district is no better. There is no work to home life balance. Crocs comes first! And that is all! Don’t go here thinking you find a place where you belong due to it being like every other company that just does not care about their employees. That goes for safety as well!!!. Upper management constantly breaks company policy and God help you if they decide they don’t like you as an employee.

Good store. Not the biggest one here but I still found what I was looking for. However I was just in the store and saw another customer having a hard time with a return. The girl said there was no manager to help them. Odd. Just don’t go here certain mornings to do returns as there might not be a store manager in the store.

not a crocs owner but my daughter just loves them, we found everything she was looking for, all the variations, models under the same roof. we saved some time, daughter was happy. yay!
