I had to seek treatment for a very painful torn nail. Everyone I interacted with was compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional. I have full confidence that I received the best possible care. The nurses were great at distracting me, making me laugh, and helping me deal with the pain of the injury and procedure.

These are the issues I have here! Front desk staff with the exception of the older lady who is always pleasant. On one occasion the desk person asked all of my information out aloud what do I need to be seen for…EVERYTHING!! What happened to HIPAA. GET AN INTAKE FORM OR KIOSK. That was ridiculous. I called today to make an appointment. I’ve been working out of state for 9 months. They now are affiliated with piedmont which I know to be in Atlanta not Augusta. I asked if I called the right place. This lady was just plain rude and rude for know reason. Condescending tones ….just everything unnecessary. I tried to make this appointment via the app but my provider is out for a while and the other one has moved to a different location. I held and was patient but her tones were very dismissive. So much so, that after that call I stopped everything to write, this review. Please do better! There too many other places to take my businesses.

Came for antibiotics. Left with nothing. Waste of $30. The staff were fantastic though. Just not the doctor.

Went in due to severe side pain and shortness of breath. Doctor ordered a set of xrays and in the end told me I didn't convince him I was in pain, overall felt like he was treating me like a pill junkie.
