They cheated me out of my season fries, in the entire box there may have been 6 french fries, I was to far down the road to turn around to come back.

Love Bos however, why isn't management on top of dinner rush and cooking chicken to keep up with the influx of customers?? Sitting here in line again waiting already 15 minutes or more because they didn't have enough chicken cooked🤦🏼‍♀️ come on, you know people are coming at 5 and I've already seen 5 cars get out of line and drive off.

They ran out of chicken wings!

I just went there and the mashed potatoes were pasty, I ordered 2 with white gravy, they only had one, I got no gravy, they did not have any half gallon tea. I am very unhappy! Very unhappy

I don't expect much from Bojangles nowadays so I limit myself to Cajun filet's and Bo-rounds. Two items you can't go wrong on. Even the tea today was a bit sour. Poured it out in the street.
