I went to them for some assistance with my light bill, but they are the absolute worst. I took all of the required paperwork for assistance, but my case worker never called me back. A month later I called to follow up and again she never called me back. 2 months later after speaking with someone else my case worker finally called and requested I bring more documents and again after taking the required paperwork I still don’t know if they will help me because they DO NOT RESPOND. It’s been 5 months now and I’m still waiting to know if I was approved for assistance or because I never received a call, a letter or HELP
