Excessive waste of waiting time. Clinic does not pick up phone calls. I will consider alternate clinic next time.

Nobody ever answers the phone! It just goes to an eternal hold and no one picks up. I was calling to get test results that are in my patient portal but nobody has even called me to discuss them. I really like the NP I saw but the customer service aspect is below acceptable.

I went to this urgent care June 24th and nurse Laura Lynn waited on me. She answered all of my questions and when she did the throat, and nasal swabs for strep, the flue, and Covid 5 days or less, she was super gentle and explained what she had to do for each, along with apologized for how it felt. It all came up negative. The doctor had assumed I had either Mono or Covid, (which I had to have had for longer than 5 days, since the rapid test came back negative.) So he told me in order to rule out Mono he needed to draw my blood. I instantly started crying because I have severe anxiety when it comes to needles. He said we didn't need to draw my blood, from my reaction and I said how I would like to rule it out anyway, just in case, because I had a fever of 102 degrees and my throat glands were swollen. He went and grabbed the nurse and she did a fantastic job! She talked to me and explained the process, along with asked how she could best help me in this moment, she reassured me she would be as gentle as she could and she would tell me when she did everything. I asked her not to tell me when she does it, just to do it, and she did exactly as I asked. She was extremely gentle and treated me really kindly, she fully understood my anxiety and didn't push anything on me. She also suggested I do a more in depth Covid swab that they would send in to a different lab, this one would tell if I had Covid longer than 5 days and that ended up being the case. But even tho I ended up not needing my blood drawn after all, I definitely do not regret getting it drawn by her! If you see any nurse, I would highly highly recommend Nurse Laura Lynn. I regret not catching the doctors name, he was fantastic too and explained the symptoms and why he had to order each test clearly and answered all of my questions.
