Tried this place during a girls night out. It was cute! I liked that it was surrounded by many other places so if you wanted to walk around, explore, get something to eat you could. We were seated right away at the time of our reservation. The staff was super nice and helpful. It was a fun experience. I wish they had some scents to choose from but I was able to find something that I liked. The candle does burn pretty well at home. We did have to go back the next day to get our candle because we were one of the last reservations for today. Try to find street parking if you can because the parking deck is kinda pricey.

Very disappointed with my experience. The workers kept explaining to me that it’s DIY. And making statements “people don’t read” I felt very uncomfortable to ask for help. It was clear that I was annoying them. The process was all of 15 minutes. The place is very cute and cozy. Overall I did not feel welcomed and the workers were not helpful
