This was the worst experience I have ever had with any company. We ordered something from Bed Bath and Beyond. It was supposed to be here on September 23rd. On the 23rd in the evening it shows that our package could not be delivered. This went on for an entire week. We called and they said it had been put on the wrong truck. Every day we called, they said that it had been put on the wrong truck. At this point we are thinking "how many trucks do they have and where is our package ". We finally drove to the FedEx office and asked about our package. It had been put on the same truck every day and the driver just didn't deliver it. We actually had to go meet this driver to get our package. His excuse was that this was not his area. Where we met him at was just across the hiway from our home.

Missing IPhone. Side of box opened and taped tampered with. Read what happened. I would give them a -5! Received a package today. I ran down stairs in rob because the usually just leave it at the door but the drive put it in my arm and I signed for it. I went to the kitchen put it down on counter because I usually need a knife. When I looked the top looked like someone removed the tape and tried to put it back but it wouldn’t go back. The side of the box was completely open but the tape on the bottom of the box was in place and secure. When I looked through the side I could see the clear wrapping was off the iPhone box. I ran out side yelling and waving my hand FedEx FedEx but he drove off. I was still in my robe. I called FedEx, Police, and Walmart. It’s hard to believe the package was received like that at FedEx. Check your packages before you sign. Open it in front of them. I’m 50 and this has never happened to me before.

I worked from home for decades and had a business account with FedEx during the 20+ years we lived in Atlanta where FedEx service was superior. We moved to Appling, GA and since then the FedEx local delivery is abysmal. The worst I've ever experienced. We have a gated entrance with a large sign on the gate for the number to call deliveries. Not ONCE has FedEx ever called even though they put "sorry we missed you" stickers next to the sign. Often, they have left the packages in the grass where they are exposed to the elements and theft. After the final straw this week with purported "attempts to deliver", multiple calls to customer support where one person hung up the phone on me when I requested a manager, and another said she would have the local office call to reschedule. The call was just another repeat of the same customer response card these call centers read from. They said I would have to come and retrieve the package - a full hour of driving for us. Unacceptable for a paid for delivery. I called the company I ordered from and said I would end services with them unless they could use another shipper, which they promptly did. UPS is a great delivery service in our area and will call us on the phone - which we promptly respond to - OR leave the package at our Post Office PO Box locker where the package is climate controlled & safe. This is a win-win for everyone as it helps support our local Post Offices and centralizes package deliveries to ONE location. I would happily pay more for a centralized package drop-off that is secure and reliable. Plus, it helps keep the postal workers employed! What on earth is wrong with FedEx? They have a serious problem is rural communities it seems AND with their customer support system. It is an "EX-Customer Support" solution as we will determinedly find better solutions. And like they say, adapt if you want to survive. I have reported this problem to their ethics department since FedEx has a serious problem with ethics in their customer support and their ground driver support in the Augusta area. The 2nd largest city in Georgia and one of the worlds largest military complexes in the US and world. Get it right FedEx or step aside.

Every package that is sent to me address is rescheduled at least 3x. I've gone through the trouble of setting up a site account to provide gate access information. Apparently FedEx Augusta and their contractor's cannot bother to train staff on where to find the information. Yes I have a security gate. No I'm not high fallutin', I live way out in the country. It's a safety device. The sign on the gate, that cost me $150, tells them to open their handheld and get the access instructions. Apparently the drivers are unable to read! What happened to the purple pride, FedEx?
