Hotel is in dire need of renovations. Musty smell, water leaks in hallways, and didn’t appear sanitized. Management is very aware but has a very cavalier attitude about it. When brought up horrible online reviews, was told, we know, but didn’t seem to care. Breakfast was plentiful. Evening reception was stingy and minimal. Only two drinks and two snacks of pretzels or chips per guest. Definitely didn’t feel like we stayed at an Embassy Suites by Hilton. Hilton should be mortified and embarrassed to call this one of their hotels.

100% would recommend this hotel! Extremely clean rooms (props to ALL housekeeping!) great environment, close to 95, amazing event venues as well! We saw a body building competition, birthday party, and a few other parties as well! Working as an events host for Hilton/ home2suites in pompano beach, I was very impressed with how everything was set up to accommodate guests and executed through out the event. Hotel offers two complimentary drinks a night per person from 5-7! Antoinette & Luis have been absolutely AMAZING for front desk! Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, & hardworking.! Definitely will be coming back here !

I found it to be a great place to stay. Rooms were big, great shower, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was super. Mostly Lou at the front desk was a shining star really goes out of his way to make you feel at home and that your just not a number but a valued guest! I can’t think of one negative part of our stay! We will return to this property anytime we are in the area!

The 90's called and want their hotel back. Yikes, this place needs some major updating. The staff here was very nice. I sat at the bar during the happy hour and ordered some food. Bartender was nice. Drinks were good, and food was good. The lobby and main common areas of the hotel were standard for most Embassy Suites that I've ever stayed at. However, once you enter the room, you feel like you're stepping back in time. Mainly because it's clear nothing has been updated in the rooms in decades. They need to shut down one floor at a time and completely redo everything. Definintely nowhere near as nice as newer Embassy Suites.

Boca Raton beach Spanish River State Park is only 2 miles from hotel. Delray Beach a Deerfield Beach are 15 minute drives. Public beaches
yes you can and they won't charge no fee
Pool hours are 10am-10pm for all ages, 10pm-12am for adults only. Breakfast is 6am-9am weekdays, 6am-10am Saturday and Sunday. Evening reception is 5pm-7pm daily with draft beer, wine, and basic well drinks that are complementary.
Is there a beautiful view? What is a beautiful sight? There is no wind on the horizon. Logically, the higher the room, the more the view is clear. It is a convenient and comfortable hotel but without soul. From the point of view of a European!
McDonald's and Wendy's are directly across the street from each other. Less than 1 mile.
Not sure, you will need to call them.
Yes. But you'll want to stay on the west side away from the highway and train tracks.
I agree. Not sure about mold, but definitely musty smelling in the rooms. We tried a couple different rooms. Tried to switch hotels, but it was spring break. :(
East side of Boca, but South side of Palm Beach county
Not aware of pricing on this type of service best to check with customer service
I believe they did, be careful ask about their humidity problem. The rooms and the building was damp when i stayed there. You could even feel it in the carpet. The building was kept at a very low ac temp to mask how damp it was
