Great Customer service with nice staff. Unfortunately the store is really small and the deli staff always prioritizes online orders over people in the store. I have no clue why they will let a line of 3 or 5 people form with money ready to pay, only to make then wait and prepare online order sandwiches that are likely not to even be picked up on time. I have never understood why they do this. Good workers there though.

I shop at this store 3 or more times a week. I regularly speak to multiple employees and they are very friendly and helpful. I would have givin a 5 star rating, but one employee in particular ruins my experience everytime I have to deal with her. Amber in the deli is extremely rude and unprofessional to my wife and I every single time we have ever delt with her. I don't understand what she has against us. She makes our order wrong every time even though the instructions are simple and detailed. I feel that it would be very beneficial to the store if management had a serious conversation with her about her attitude and lack of customer service skills. I'm sure I'm not the only one that leaves with a bad experience because of her. We go to a different publix deli now and they're great unlike Amber. I've even spoken with other employees at the Spanish river store and friends of theirs have very similar experiences.

Horrible assistant manager and store manager Paul are both liars, they covered each other, about buy one get one free price. when questioned about it they lied and made up stories. I made sure they product was the right brand and ounces before going to pay. but they still made up stories. STORE MANAGER PAUL IS A PROFESSIONAL LIAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stopped in for a sheet birthday cake. Lots of choices of fresh made cakes. The baking staff very helpful and decorated the cake with writing in 5 minutes. Excellent flavor of the Chocolate/Yellow cake combo.
