I took two guitars in brand new In the box. They unwrapped them and I know they have to make money but to offer 180 for a 900 dollar guitar and 210 for a 1400 dollar guitar not to mention I bought 350 dollar hard shell cases extra made me see right then I'd never go back or do business with them. Everyone I know I tell them don't go. This has been a few months back and I just don't think they care. Also was going to buy a guitar and website and price said one thing and they wanted more said was error would not honor it. This place makes a killing ripping people off. Boycott them we need a fair store.

Like it has been stated you have to have a mask. You can only have 2 people at a time in the acoustic guitar section. They also put up glass up at the checkouts.
I saw a bunch of them there when I was there last week.
If memory serves, they will buy it for about 60% of value on Reverb and sell it for 95-100% of the Reverb value. Just a heads up there...
