Workers here handed my Mom's ID, and insurance card off to the wrong person. When we asked them about it, the woman started an argument over it. Once finding out she had indeed messed up, no apology or anything was given. Had to sit and wait for the woman to return with my mom's stuff for about half an hour. PAY ATTENTION!!!
