Brandino Brass IS the place in Birmingham to get hardware. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I had issues with my hardware installation due to my house being older and having settling issues. They offered up many solutions that made my hardware work perfectly and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. I will not get my hardware from anywhere else. Their lighting showroom is my next stop. They have so many beautiful and unique options in store and I can actually visualize what it will look like in my home.

Customer service is doesn’t care to fix anything after they get their money. Any fix to solutions for botched product takes forever to fix since they already got what they wanted.

Recently bought house numbers and kitchen hardware from Brandino Brass. They have the best, most unique selection in the city of Birmingham. And if they don’t have exactly what you’re looking for, they can find it or have it made. Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgable- the Brandino family has been in the business for 50 years.
