More than pleased with the service. Highly recommend. If your just getting tires and wheels, etc. very quick turnaround. As with any custom work, expect delays (due to suppliers, not Rides) but still they complete job quicker than other off road shop. I have used Rides for several vehicles over last 2 years. Lifts, driveshafts, suspension upgrades, axle upgrades, tires. All was great. Know several others that have used them and never heard a complaint from anyone. Had 1 issue with a part they installed from a vendor and they made it right even though vendor only had 90 day warranty. Issue showed up a year after install but vehicle had only been driven 1000 miles. This kind of customer service will not only keep me coming back but will keep me from even looking at other options now. The sales and technician staff are all very experienced and vehicle enthusiasts. Whether its lits, tires, wheels for vehicle or SXS they know from use experience and installation experience. Some of the best people in the Southeast to get you set up and on the road and trail.

Rides came highly recommended to me so I stopped in for an issue with the Tundra. Corey was awesome. They had every opportunity to snooker me into purchasing an entire new system but t after listening to how little I use the air ride system he found a workable solution to get the truck right. Most appreciated!

They do great work. But they dont do so great answering the phone, and calling back. If they could get that under control. It would be an amazing place!
