Not the first time that has happened

I have been placing orders from this spot for a few months and always over too the driver. Like $10 just on tip. They are 3 min away from my house. Each order I placed I requested to get garlic sauce. Yet no order ever from then I ever got the garlic sauce. Last time I went out bare food in the rain to ask the driver and he told me to call the store and they would refund the garlic sauce. Then called the manager and she said "I don't know what I can do for you I do understand what you want from me, the driver already told you to get a refund for the sauce" dosent we like they care at all. They don't add the small tables to protect the pizza not the thing in the paper bottom. I went to a different location that's not corporate and the manager was amazing with service... Now I just do pho instead....
