I had scheduled an appointment for an estimate. The landlord gave permission and would be present for the appointment. However, instead of keeping this appointment I get a call at 8am the morning of with a wagonload of attitude from some woman about the landlord not calling himself. I am more upset that I turned my personal schedule in order to accommodate the pushiness of the lady who set up the appointment, who could have avoided this entire fiasco and avoided starting my day off with such a bad start by NOT scheduling an appointment for a simple estimate with me in the first place. I feel that this company truly does not care if they make another dime or at least the team of people who contacted me today to basically treat me like trash over semantics. Today sealed me ever doing business with Bathfitters! Response to company: You had his info. You called me because he wasn’t answering the phone apparently. I WAS PAYING AND HAD HIS PERMISSION TO DO SO! YOU began the call with a hateful attitude so I being human returned the energy I was receiving and I will not waste my time calling YOU for a problem that YOU created. I have remodeled my bathroom myself and probably save a thousand dollars or more doing so. And again, I point out that the appointment should never have been scheduled in the first place. Have a nice day now!
