Set up initial appointment for a 1:45, they called the night before and asked if I could be there at 12:15 because they had a cancellation. While driving to the location which was a hour away they called and said they needed to reschedule …Kenneth, I think you realize what really happened. We called to let you know that, if you "would like", an earlier appointment just came available. Our customers for the most part like when we offer them earlier times when and if they come available. We do however understand the frustration of then having had the appointment changed when we had to inform you of the serious emergency that occurred. But you do realize and we explained to you in detail, that the installer assigned to your installation had an emergency and had to rush to the hospital as his son was having unexpected emergency surgery. So we offered to accommodate you in the most professional way possible since we had to move your appointment back. And I want to point out we had to move it only one (1) spot back, which would have been only two hours difference. I also want to point out that our install crew worked together to get that customer done early, and we called and said it would only be 45 minutes to an hour off the regular scheduled appointment time. Our team worked together and shuffled everything around to make it still happen for you. And you do realize that we went up and above to make up for any inconvenience and provided what very few service companies would have ever done for you to make up for the inconvenience. We are human and things happen and these installers have families. All a company can do in this situation is make things right and correct the issue when things happen, and we did that the best way it could have ever been handled. When something as serious as a childs life is the issue and has to be rushed to the hospital, then I am sorry but tint jobs take a back seat. Yes even though the situation inconvenienced you and us as well, our team pulled together to take care of you to more than make it right to you in several ways that you are fully aware of. So in this case we cannot say we dropped the ball, because in the face of an emergency our team rallied and came up with a solution....made a huge offer of restitution and accommodation and you decided to still give us a 1 star. I really dont understand. Hope the best for you, and sorry you are not happy. But some people you just cannot please. However, if we had to do it over, we in good conscious would not have changed a thing. Human life and people are more important than tint jobs and appointments. We do live by the motto that the customer is always right, and customer service is our priority 1...but in this one case the customer is not right and was very unreasonable.

There’s no better experience than dealing with people who truly care about their customers and the products and service they offer. I paid these folks a visit while I was in town and the service was nothing short of excellent!!!

We are open and only taking commercial and residential tinting appointments at this time at that location. We will be taking auto tint appointments for Radcliff again soon. Please call us back with your phone number and we will update you as soon as auto tint appts resume. In meantime Auto tinting appointments can be made at our other locations.
