Have rented bikes a couple of times with them. They are kind, but a little stand-offish to the non-cycling community. The store itself has plenty of outdoor gear to sift through and has a great location in downtown TR.

That’s a great question! We do not buy used kayaks. The used kayaks we have for sale at our store are from our rental fleets at the end of summer time. Thanks for checking with us, but we recommend other online sources like Facebook market place and others for selling your own used equipment.

Service dogs are definitely allowed, but remember this is a retail business, not a dog park.
I've seen 3 wheel tadpole types in there but didn't pay attention as to whether they were being sold or just serviced.
