I’ve been here twice and have been underwhelmed. Both times I wasn’t greeted while in the store and there wasn’t a lot of customers. After the 2nd time with no acknowledgment I decided to order online instead. It’s a bummer because I exclusively shop at Express for jeans and shirts and this is the closest store to me. I hope they get a training on how to work with customers that come in

HORRIBLE customer service, manager Shayla came off irritated and with a angry tone when asked for assistance with a store order a employee placed, they did not confirm my information or email and shayla had no interest in assisting me or looking back on the transaction history but telling me to call customer service. very displeased with this express and feel as though i was not helped or heard. now i paid over $100 after placing an order in the store with no tracking or confirmation.

I ended up not buying anything here today, but I’m rating because the person who was helping me made me feel so comfortable and was very helpful. It was also nice to see someone push gender rolls with fashion in a clothing store. Bottom line, wonderful service.

MS Word sign reads open 11am-6pm on Saturday. Sign next to it says open 11am - 1pm. Really?!? 2 hours on a Saturday? Multiple people standing outside wanting to come in and shop. This is ridiculous.
