The staff was not friendly at all. I felt like I was intruding rather than being a valued customer. Didn’t get clear answers to my questions. My daughter said she had the same experience last season. We left and visited Maxwells in Boiling Springs. We felt valued there and received the service we expected. Will never go back to Shelby Pools again. Randy L

Bought a pool last year from this place. The kids enjoyed it last year. This year while filling it up it busted. The metal tore away from around the seam. Remember this pool had a 3 year warranty and now they say they will not honor the warranty because of the way the bolts was put in. I have put 5 of this pools up and it was put up right. The metal tore away from around the seam. I would advise anyone looking for a pool to go somewhere else. My lawyer will be contacting them and Better Business Bureau will be contacted.
