Used Cedar Printing for a handful of jobs. I placed a small order last month and had trouble picking it up due to an extremely busy schedule. The owner, Tyler, sent me a passive-aggressive email demanding payment for the $35 order whether I pick it up or not. I paid the bill, but I won't be going in to pick up the order or for any other reason in the future. If this is how he treats repeat customers, I will not be one.

I don't know the ladies name that worked there at the time I needed an email scan but she was very pleasant to meet. Nice conversation, quick help, and she was all smiles. She expressed business has been pretty busy but didn't complain verbally not did she act exhausted. I love to do business with ppl such as her. She was a semi older Caucasian with long hair. 💁🏼‍♀️ thanx lady you made my day. 🙋🏾‍♀️

I designed a flyer myself sent it to them with no changes and they sent back a flyer with the wrong website. And said I had to proof it why would I proof something I did?? The one on the left is mine the other is there’s! And he wouldn’t even refund me 14$ even though I spend 1000$ There!! I was wondering why everyone kept saying they couldn’t find the website to prepay for the dinner.. WOW!!! Is all I have to say! Never will they ever get my business again.
