As an existing customer, was still turned away yesterday when our senior dog started having seizures. Dr Mike told my wife she would either be fine in a few hours or she wouldn't. Then told my wife that if he came in for our emergency, he would have to do it for everyone! Our dog didn't make it... We used them for years, we used to breed dachshunds and took every single one of them there for vet checks. We will gladly take our business to someone who cares.

Douglas Vet has been taking care of our dog since she was a little puppy. They have never given us any reason to change to a new clinic. They are always kind, compassionate, and gentle with our dog. They treat us as informed dog owners and never speak down to us. And their prices are very reasonable. Update: our dog had a medical emergency. Dr. Britt met me at the clinic and treated our dog quickly and with so much compassion. I would never consider going to a new vet.
