Let's hope this location has turned it's customer service around. I love doing truthful reviews so others can see what's truly up with a business or service. Like some have complained, the wait times can be a bit lengthy. With only three associates, I realistically would expect to wait if all three are opening accounts. My wait time was a bit over twelve minutes. Although I had to wait, I was acknowledged by the female manager within less than a minute of my arrival. The female manager apologized for the delay and stated, someone would be happy to assist me shortly. I liked what Woodforest had to offer me. With Woodforest, you open an Account with an associated debit card and you receive the permanent debit card before you leave. I'm elderly and so far, the account that I have requires no set balance. It stays open with no fees as long as it's got a positive balance and is used at least once every six months. The 1st permanent free debit card is printed at the location. You can get a free replacement debit card if the need arises. The associated account has free checks, money orders, cashier's checks. The Hickory, NC location is lucky enoug to have a Notary available for free services to it's Woodforest customers. Deposits are taken at this locations ATM, BUT BE AWARE that OTHER Woodforest locations in the general area DO NOT have ATMs that take deposits-HOWEVER--All Walmart cashier's Nationwide can make a deposit during any time they are working an operational register. I forgot my pocketbook on the arm of my chair after, I opened a recent account. I was relieved to find that it was safe in their vault. So far, I am finding the ladies and gentlemen who worked here all behaving in a super friendly manner. The account I have has no fees associated with it and only requires me to keep a positive amount in the account The gentleman who helped me, was polite and friendly.

You should be able to call the customer service number and give them your social and they should be able to give it to you. Or do you not have any statements paper or email that has it on there?
