I went to Apple Ford as I was unhappy with the dealer that I had gone to. They seemed really nice and got me in for my repair, even though they could not find my appointment. I was told that I needed new lug nuts, but they were out. I was told that they would call. That was over a month of waiting and no call. When I texted to tell them that I was unhappy with the service and lack of communication, my parts suddenly showed up. I took my car to another dealership instead. As a new customer, this kind of behavior shows me that I am not as valued as they claim. My next car purchase will also be at another dealer.

Last edit, I had bad luck with a used car, but Apple Ford once again fully took care of us. We drive across the cities to continue our business with Apple Ford Shakopee and you should too. I am editing this review and it may change again. Since the first 3 weeks I originally wrote about, the car has been back into Apple Ford most of the time. I have only had the car off the lot around 20 days. I am going into I cannot believe they sold me this mode; especially because they are now talking about deductibles. I will update my review after this is all done to let people know how they handle our situation, but I can't leave a 5 star review on here at this time. Still our experience dealing with Steve and Jacob has been positive. -- I have bought and leased several vehicles at Apple Ford Shakopee. We just purchased a used escape 3 weeks ago. Steve was great and laid back. Everyone was professional and helpful as usual. The reason I am writing a review this time is to give credit to how they have handled our issues since the purchase. When you buy a used vehicle, you know things can go wrong and they have. At every issue, Jacob has just taken care of it. They have fixed minor issues and a major issue and we haven’t paid for any of the repairs. Everyone has been helpful and friendly. It would be nice if the vehicle was perfect, but that wouldn’t be worth a review. That would just be lucky picking at the lot.
